The Ausbildungshaus is managed by the Heidelberger Dienste gGmbH, one of Heidelberg’s public service associations with a focus on labor and employment.
An advisory board made up of representatives from companies, employers’ federations, professional associations, trade unions and the City of Heidelberg oversees the development, conception and evaluation of the Ausbildungshaus.
The building itself is situated on the former grounds of the US army barracks in the South of Heidelberg. It is currently being refurbished and will be rented out to Heidelberg-based companies from September 1st 2016 onwards.
